A. Dr. Richardson has studied under many of the top dentists in the world. He holds membership in a variety of dental associations and continues to network with peers and pursue continuing education in the latest dental techniques and tools. A. Absolutely! In fact, this is one of our areas of expertise. We routinely use cosmetic imaging to help our patients visualize the results of cosmetic and restorative work. With today’s advanced digital technology, we are able to generate graphic images to let you preview how beautiful your smile can be.

Q. Do you accept referrals?
A. We welcome your referrals! Referring us to your friends and family is the finest compliment that we can receive. It's helpful if new patients complete a patient evaluation form prior to the first visit; we also appreciate receiving their recent records and x-rays ahead of time if possible.
Q. What makes you different than any other dental practice I can visit?
A. While the popular makeover television shows have made some dental enhancement brands household words, we believe that dental work is not one-size-fits-all. We work with world-renowned labs and state of the art ceramists to custom-make our veneers, crowns, and other aesthetic options. A. Our in-office Zoom! teeth whitening is one of the simplest,
safest ways to immediately improve the impact of your smile! We also offer
take-home whitening trays to touch up your professionally whitened smile or as a cost-effective alternative. Dr. Richardson and our team can educate you on ways to maintain your bright, white smile.
Q. Crowns, veneers, onlays, inlays, and partials... Can you tell me more about these procedures?
A. We are always happy to educate our patients about the aesthetic treatments we offer. Our patient library offers informative and interesting articles on cosmetic and restorative procedures. We will never perform a procedure without making sure you are completely comfortable with all of your options.
Q. I want my front teeth to look better, but I don't want to wear braces. Can you help me?
A. Dr. Richardson has a number of ways to improve the look of your front

For front teeth impacted by a bad bite, Invisalign provides near-invisible orthodontics. When you call our office for an appointment, tell us your concerns, and we’ll provide you information on all of your options.

A. We use many different products to enhance our patients' smiles, and our patient library has articles on veneers, crowns, Invisalign, and many other products we use. Q. What if I need to cancel an appointment?
A. We realize that emergencies and unanticipated interruptions occasionally occur, but we want to respect your time, as well as that of other patients. We request that you give us at least 48 hour’s notice so that we can serve other patients or work in emergency appointments.
Q. Do you accept my insurance plan?
A. We are more than happy to work with any insurance company as long as the company gives you the opportunity to select any dentist. We offer to file insurance claims for you. Our treatment coordinator can provide detailed information to you about insurance and other financing issues.
